The accommodation is a fully insulated 70ft x 20ft wooden building, ideal for residential camps, training weekends, or group events. The building has ramp access and is step-free inside, making it accessible for users with limited mobility.
The building sleeps up to 26 people and includes:
• A large main hall
• One large bunk room (sleeps 18)
• Two additional bunk rooms (each sleep 4)
• A self-contained kitchen with serving hatch
Please note: The John Perry Hut does not have an internal toilet. Guests have access to the main toilet and shower block nearby.

• Crockery, cutlery, large catering pots, pans, and trays
Participants are advised to bring their own sharp knives and chopping boards, as we do not provide these.

• Day Hire (9:00 am – 4:00 pm): from £60 Plus an additional £1.00 per person.
• Evening Hire (6:00 pm – 9:00 pm): from £50 Plus an additional £1.00 per person.
• Overnight Stay (24 hours): from £165
Includes access from arrival to the same time the following day.
We kindly ask that you stick to your agreed times. Additional charges for half of full day use or full-day use may apply if extra time is required for set-up or pack-down, this helps us keep bookings running smoothly for all groups.
