Spitewinter offers four acres of sloping woodland with several designated camping areas. These vary in size and are suitable for patrol, troop, or section-based camping.
The site is also ideal for Duke of Edinburgh Award (DofE) expeditions, training weekends, and Scout group residentials.
Each camping area includes access to:
• Fresh water points
• Toilet and shower facilities
• Space for group shelters or dining tents
• Designated fire areas – most pitches are equipped with concrete fire bases
• Optional electric hook-up available at £4.00 per day (limited points – please request when booking)
